First of the two part series providing evidence-based practice training followed by 10 sessions of mindfulness meditation. The series also includes teachers guides, both audio and written meditation instructions and supportive handouts for participants.

The numerous benefits of mindfulness meditation are correlated with some of the specific challenges faced by adults as they age.
Your Instructor
Robyn Earley is a lifelong wellness enthusiast and seasoned health care leader with a specialty in Geriatrics. A Speech-Language Pathologist by trade and health care practice leader for over 20 years, Robyn has applied her background in health and wellness to enhance her clinical skills and optimize patient outcomes. The Omindful Method Program was borne from her commitment to having a bigger impact within older adult communities by providing an evidence based program that would allow for ease of accessibility to the many benefits of mindfulness meditation. Robyn received her BA in Speech-Language Pathology from University of Florida and completed an MA in Communication Sciences and Disorders from San Diego State University. She served as senior staff member at Hebrew SeniorLife and was an active part of the organizational expansion in order to serve the entire spectrum of needs for older adults. In addition to her clinical and administrative experience, Robyn is a certified LEAN/Six-Sigma green belt and seasoned bioethicist. As a lifelong wellness enthusiast, Robyn developed and successfully pitched the adoption of an employee wellness plan to her healthcare organization. Within the community, Robyn was active in the Junior League of Boston, sponsoring and then chairing their partnership with Dress for Success Boston. Robyn's passion and interest in mindfulness meditation has led her to become a student of the practice and most recently to learn the practice of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). By combining her background in geriatric neurological disease and illness with her passion for wellness, Robyn hopes to positively impact the lives of older adults. In addition to her career, Robyn is a competitive sailboat racer, avid snowboarder and overall outdoor enthusiast.
