The OMindful Method Protocol and Script

The Omindful Method is a series of 10 sessions incorporating Mindfulness, Meditation and Movement. Each session is a functional 30-45 minute workout that is designed to strengthen and enhance the mind-body connection.

It is recommended that the series is completed one time through. Following a series completion, the protocol can be repeated multiple times. It is best to continue to follow the class sequence. Predictability and repetition is beneficial for participants.
